About Her
Ms. Ankur Arora has been involved in education for over 18 years. She holds a post graduate degree in Commerce and a bachelor degree in education. She began her teaching career with Delhi Public school, Amritsar in 2004, now spanning over 18 years of valuable experience and has been an integral part of school growth and development. Her experience in teaching all grade levels from Kindergarten to class 6 at DPS, Amritsar has enriched her with deep understanding of varied curriculum.
She has expertise in curriculum design, assessment and evaluation. She has an excellent track record of dealing with children between the ages of 3-12 years old and coordinated various annual shows, given workshops to teachers and students, handled school activities and external exams. She has an experience of dealing with differently abled students and attended workshop on Dyslexia - Learning by a unique style and Dyslexia and special education - a step towards inclusive class room at HRD center Dwarka, New Delhi.
She received the Best Teacher Award for the year 2014-15 by Sahodya Schools Complex.
Her motto is "Stay positive, maintain communication, and do the right thing."
